That is why the state is currently having a troubled environment. Saudi Arabia's King Salman bin Abdul Aziz has appealed to all Saudi and local Afghans to pray for the rain next Thursday. King Salman said in a special message that whenever there was no rain in the state of Madinah, the Prophet Islam used to arrange the prayers of the Holy Prophet. King Salman added in his message that all Saudi and foreign Muslims in the pursuit of Prophet Islam should take part in the Prayer of the Rain (Salaat-ul-A'staqa) and pledge to remain silent for their sins in the future.
