The Kuwaiti government has taken an important decision regarding the sponsorship system

Parents will not be able to stay in Kuwait due to their son's sponsorship

Kuwait  The Kuwaiti government has taken a crucial decision regarding the sponsorship system. According to the Kuwaiti Department of Omaha, parents cannot transfer their Iqamas to their children in the future. In the past, this feature has now been retired. According to a local newspaper report, foreign workers in Kuwait cannot afford to stay with their parents and stay with them in the country.
If an elderly citizen's work agreement or termination ends, he or she will have to return to their homeland. Earlier, it was a law that if a foreigner's class agreement was terminated, he could remain in the state for the benefit of his son. However, after the new decision, foreigners could no longer do so.
According to this decision, parents will not be able to transfer their children to their children in the future.

Another decision has also been taken that if the wife receiving the consent on the sponsorship of her husband cannot transfer her Imam to her husband in case of termination. While the wife has a restriction on her husband, he is allowed to stay in the state as long as his wife's income is effective, and he will move to his house as soon as his wife is not effective. Will not be able to stay longer.
The decision, according to the government, is to balance a much larger number of foreigners in the state than the locals. Because most foreigners stay here in the country for a long time after their contract expires, the children living here will be able to make more living. However, it will no longer be possible for them to do so.
